Before Production
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to issue a full refund. Just reach out to info@harleyreaper.com and let us know.

After Production
Since each helmet is custom made to order, we cannot accept returns after production has begun. We strongly recommend reviewing the product details, specifications, and photos before placing your order.

EU Customers
Customers in the European Union have the right to return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at info@harleyreaper.com to arrange a return.

Warranty
All Harley Reaper helmets come with a 1-year mechanical warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
